Additionally, an AMEN Member Chapter Charter has been created and approved by His Grace, Bishop Nicholas. This Charter is an optional tool for the parishes in the Diocese of Miami and the Southeast for their AMEN Member Chapters. The Charter is customizable and can be adjusted to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each parish. The red text in the Charter should be replaced with what is appropriate for each AMEN Member Chapter. If an AMEN Member Chapter Charter is not used at a given parish, the Constitution of The Antiochian Men in the Diocese of Miami and the Southeast will still apply.
