The 4th Annual AMEN Lenten Retreat will take place on March 18th, 2023. The theme of the retreat will be centered on the book “Ask for the Ancient Paths” by Fr. James Guirguis. Fr. James is the pastor of St. Raphael of Brooklyn Orthodox Mission in Fuquay-Varina, NC.
At a time when so many disaffected Christians are trying to recreate the Church from scratch, Fr. James offers a clear and accessible apology for simply returning to what Christ’s Church was always meant to be in this important book. This book is easy reading (only 128 pages) and very accessible to all, yet contains great substance for us to dig into together as an organization.
